I care deeply about having a healthy postpartum time. A big part of this is knowing what food to eat to aid in recovery and not being in the kitchen cooking right after delivery. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to feed every new mom and her family, so I've come up with a way to help HER heal herself. My three month postpartum freezer meal plan helps women focus on rest and recovery while knowing that they are getting key nutrients for optimal healing.
